3 Rosé Sparkling Wine Cocktails Perfect for Summer

Our rosé sparkling wine tastes amazing just as it is... even with reduced calories and sugar. However, why not add something extra to make a sparkling wine cocktail perfect for chilling in the garden or hosting a party this summer.

Here are 3 cocktails made with rosé sparkling wine...

 

1. Berry Sangria

Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Vodka
  • Elderflower Liquor
  • ThinK Rosé Sparkling Wine

Garnish:

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries

Add 200ml of your chosen vodka into a jug along with 100ml of an elderflower liquor and give it a stir. Slowly pour in a bottle of ThinK Rosé  Sparkling Wine and once the fizz has calmed, give it a gentle stir. Finish off by adding 1 cup of strawberries, 2 cups of blueberries and 1 cup of raspberries.

 

2. Pink Elderflower Spritz

Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Elderflower Liquor
  • ThinK Rosé Sparkling Wine
  • Tonic Water

Garnish:

  • Lemons

In a wine glass, pour in 10ml of the elderflower liquor and 100ml of ThinK Rosé Sparkling Wine and stir gently once the fizz has calmed. Add 25ml of tonic water to and give one more stir. Finish off by Adding a lemon wheel to the edge of the wine glass.

 

3. Rose and Raspberry

Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Violet Gin
  • Lemons
  • Simple Syrup
  • Rosewater
  • ThinK Rosé Sparkling Wine

Garnish:

  • Raspberry

Add ice to a cocktail shaker and add 25ml of the violet gin, 10ml of fresh lemon juice, 10ml of simple sugar syrup and two drops of rosewater. Seal the cocktail shaker and shake until the mix is chilled. Strain the mix into a champagne flute and then fill to the top with ThinK Rosé Sparkling Wine. Place a raspberry onto a stirrer and place into the flute to garnish.
